Importing snippets into TopStyle 3 from the Classic Snippets Panel
Repeat step 1,
open Dreamweaver and launch the Classic Snippets Panel
Window» Classic Snippets
Select the folder from which you want export the snippet, select
the snippet, then click the "Edit Snippet" button.
The "Edit Snippet" dialog box will appear.
Respectively, the Classic Snippets Panel's "Edit Snippet"
dialog and the Clip Library panel's "Library Item" dialog
boxes are displayed. Select then copy (Ctrl+C) the snippet from
the "Start Text" field of the Classic Snippets Panel's
Edit Snippet dialog box and then paste (Ctrl+V) it into the TopStyle
3 Library Item dialog box's "Insert before caret:" textfield
and type the snippet's title in the "Name:" textfield.
If the snippet you select has end text then copy it from the "End
Text" field to the "Insert after caret:" field
Now click OK and the new snippet will be available in the TopStyle
3 Clip Library panel.
Repeat the tutorial steps each time you want to copy a snippet
from the Classic Snippet panel into the TopSyle 3 Clip Library panel. |
